John has worked extensively as an architect–builder on custom homes throughout Pacific Palisades and Malibu, integrating architecture and construction so plans move efficiently through City review and into the field. His experience spans hillside and coastal conditions, utility and site logistics, and the coordination required for complex envelopes and waterproofing assemblies. He is known for translating client priorities into layouts, elevations, and details that respect neighborhood context while streamlining permitting and inspections.
John brings an integrated, design-build mindset to every project: owner-first planning, early cost and schedule alignment, standardized high-risk details (framing, waterproofing, envelope), and tight collaboration with trades. The result is fewer surprises, cleaner inspections, and a predictable path from concept to keys.
