 Step 1 — Discovery

 Step 2 — Vision & Concept 

  •  We translate your input into concept studies—balancing architecture, usability, and budget with our build partners so ideas are inspiring and feasible 

 Step 3 — Collaborative Design Development 

  •  Layouts, materials, and finishes are refined with consultants; we integrate sustainability and fire-resilience choices where they make the most impact. 

 Step 4 — Permitting & Pre-construction 

  •  Construction drawings, LADBS submittals, utility coordination, and site logistics  -  handled end-to-end so the build can start cleanly. 

 Step 5 — Build

  •  From mobilization to finish work, you will get regular site updates; our field and design teams work in lockstep to maintain quality and timelines, solving issues quickly and in plain language.  

 Step 6 — Welcome Home 

  •  Walk through, punch list, turn-over documents, and warranty support is your final step - so your home not only looks right on day one, it lives right!
